Casa Feleac
2023, Cluj-Napoca
This house was an built as an new extension to an older existing country house. It is a lovely bohemian house on the hills with a vast open space in the living room and kitchen area that inspires togetherness. My aim was to maintain a subtle rustic feel but have it still look very modern.
The interior design project showcased in the gallery is characterised by a harmonious blend of contemporary aesthetics and timeless elegance. Dominating the space are muted earth tones, complemented by carefully selected furnishings that enhance the overall ambience. The open-plan layout fosters a sense of fluidity, allowing natural light to spill in through large windows, illuminating the intricacies of each design element.
Key features include a statement fireplace, which serves as a focal point in the living area, surrounded by plush seating that invites relaxation. Textured fabrics and organic materials add depth, while strategically placed artwork injects personality into the space. The kitchen boasts sleek cabinetry and modern appliances, cleverly integrated to maintain a clean and cohesive look. Each room is thoughtfully designed to uphold both functionality and comfort, making this project a true reflection of refined living.
